Piero's Meat Merchant 's extensive range of top-quality meat cuts include King Island porterhouse steaks, butterflied legs of lamb and denuded centre-cut eye fillets (marinated and plain). All meats are aged and prepared on site and cut fresh daily. Favourites with customers are Pierre's authentic chicken coq au vin and eye fillet wrapped with prosciutto and sage, Greek gyros and butterflied legs of lamb.



Like a sausage? Piero's spicy pork, fennel and chilli sausage was the 2020 National Winner of the AMIC Sausage King Competition, capping off regional and Victorian sausage king awards back to 2014 for favourites such as Piero's Thai, lemon, lime and chilli chicken sausage; his lamb, honey and rosemary sausage; and his spicy pork, fennel and chilli sausage. Piero puts his success down to using nothing but the best produce available, including natural sausage casings (which are a must).
